This is my second order

This is my second order. Previously I was very happy and satisfied with everything. This time Bantoro even achieved a higher level of customer satisfaction. I needed a whip for the upcoming weekend. And when I contacted the customer service, they could not promise me a guaranteed delivery date other than an expected ETA of 3 - 5 days, also due to possible customs delays. Totally understandable. I had faith in Bantoro because last time, it took only four days from the UK to NL. I ordered the whip on monday and it was shipped the same day because they wanted to make sure I got it on time. It was delivered on wednesday early afternoon!!! Still love the quality of the whip for a great price, and your customer service is next level. Thanks Bantoro!
