And when I contacted the customer service, they could not promise me a guaranteed delivery date other than an expected ETA of 3 - 5 days, also due to possible customs delays. Totally understandable. I had faith in Bantoro because last time, it took only four days from the UK to NL. I ordered the whip on monday and it was shipped the same day because they wanted to make sure I got it on time.
